01What services does Az-Tech provide?
Our work includes sign and large-format advertising installation, maintenance and repair, welding and structural work, electrical diagnostics and lighting, new installation systems, and work at height.
02Which areas do you serve?
Our crews regularly work in Montreal, Laval, the North Shore and the South Shore. Depending on the project, we can also travel to Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke, Quebec City, Ottawa and other locations. Include the job-site address in your request so we can confirm availability.
03Do you work on indoor and outdoor projects?
Yes. We can work on indoor or outdoor signs, billboards, banners, wall or window graphics, structures and other advertising-related elements. The exact scope is confirmed after the project is assessed.
04Can you handle repairs and maintenance?
Yes. Az-Tech inspects, maintains and repairs signs and advertising structures, including certain lighting, electrical, welding and elevated-access work. Describe the issue and attach photos to help us assess it.

05What information should I provide for a quote?
Include the project location, type of work, known dimensions, preferred schedule and access conditions. Site photos, plans, artwork or a technical document usually help us assess the request more accurately.
06Can I attach photos or documents?
Yes. The quote form accepts up to five files totalling 10 MB. You can attach JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC photos and PDF documents.
07Is a site visit always required?
Not always. Some projects can be assessed from complete information, photos and plans. A visit may be recommended when access, dimensions, structural condition, electrical work or site conditions need to be verified.
08How is project pricing determined?
Pricing depends on factors such as the scope of work, crew requirements, materials, access equipment, travel, schedule and site conditions. Each quote is prepared according to the project’s actual needs.

09How long does a project take?
Timing varies with complexity, materials, equipment availability, approvals, site access and weather. The expected schedule is discussed during quote preparation and confirmed before work begins.
10Can you install client-supplied materials?
Depending on the project, yes. Supplied artwork, parts or systems must be compatible with the structure, dimensions and installation method. We review them before confirming the scope.
11What should be arranged for site access?
Tell us about permitted hours, safety rules, check-in procedures, parking restrictions, traffic-control needs and special authorizations. If a lift, crane or other equipment is required, it will be identified during planning.
12How do I start my project?
